Description: Anti-CD73 recombinant Human antagonist antibody. This antibody not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 138mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl.

Purification: Protein A affinity purification from HEK293 supernatants.

Storage Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.
