Specificity: This Rat anti-Mouse LPAM-1 Clone DATK32 antibody recognizes an epitope on Mouse LPAM1 a 130 kDa integrin B7 chain associates with the 150 kDa integrin A4 (CD49d) chain to form LPAM-1, a member of the Ig superfamily.
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution: A majority of peripheral lymphocytes and subsets of bone marrow cells.
Immunogen: TK1 cells.
Concentration: ≥ 2.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: PBS pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, without sodium azide added as a preservative.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.
Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 5%.
