Specificity: Anti-CD11C In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (N418) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD11C.

Antigen Distribution: Dendritic cells, NK cells, intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), some activated T cells.

Background: CD11c is a 150 kD glycoprotein primarily expressed on dendritic cells, NK cells, a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells.

Immunogen: Mouse spleen dendritic cells.

Concentration: 1.0 mg/ml.

Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.

Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 5%.
