Specificity: Anti-CD45 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (I3/2.3) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD45.
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution: The CD45 antigen is present on all cells of hematopoietic origin, but not erythrocytes.
Background: CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA). CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction.
Immunogen: Mouse lymphoma cell line.
Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.
Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 5%.
