Target: CD70.
Clone: TAN1-7.
Specificity: Clone TAN 1-7 recognizes mouse CD70.
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution: CD70 is expressed on activated T Cells, B Cells, and dendritic cells.
Background: CD70, a cytokine and also known as CD27 ligand, is a member of the tumor necrosis family. As a cytokine, CD70 plays a role in regulating B cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin synthesis. Non-small cell lung cancer research has shown that CD70 increases the survivability of tumor cells and T cells by signaling through its receptor CD27.
Immunogen: Recombinant mouse CD70 (extracellular domain, aa residues 41-195).
Concentration: >2.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2 – 7.4, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and azide free.
Purity: >98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Endotoxin: ≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.
Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 1%.
