Application: Useful for the inhibition of OX40:OX40L interactions.

Assay Conditions: Reaction done according to OX40[biotin]-OX40L assay kit (Catalog #72045). Buffer is PBS + 0.1% BSA. Blocking buffer is Superblock + 0.05% Tween-20. Coat protein was added ON at 4 degrees. Inhibitor and then biotinylated ligand added for 2 hours at room temperature. Strep-HRP added for 1 hour at room temperature.

Description: Recombinant human Anti-OX40competitive antibody recognizing the OX40binding region. This antibody has not beentested for cross-reactivity with any otherspecies.

Formulation: 8 mM phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, pH 7.4, and 20% glycerol

Storage Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C.
