Description: Human secreted B7-H5 Fc fusion protein, also known as VISTA and VSIR, with C-terminal Avi-Tag. GenBank Accession No. NM_022153, a.a 33-194 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using Avi-tag™ technology. MW = 47 kDa. This protein runs at a higher M.W. by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
