Description: Recombinant human soluble basic FGF (GenBank Accession No. NM_002006) is a 17.3 kDa (134 aa-288 aa) protein expressed in an E. coli expression system.
Endotoxin Level: < 1EU per ug of bFGF as determined by the LAL method.
Format: lyophilized protein
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered solution containing 5 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl

Purity: ≥98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysis.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute at 0.1-1.0 mg/ml in distilled water. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers. To maximize product collection from vial surface, vortex briefly and then spin down to recollect the liquid.
Storage Stability: ≥2 years (lyophilized) at -20°C.
