Assay Conditions: This protein was tested using an Alpha-LISA™ binding assay. A 10 µl reaction mix containing E-cadherin in 1x PP-02 Buffer was incubated with Cadherin17, Fc-fusion (IgG1), Avi-Tag, Biotin-Labeled Recombinant for one hour at room temperature. Protein A acceptor beads were added, and the reaction was incubated for 30 minutes, followed by the addition of Nickel Donor beads. A-counts were measured. The net A-count signal is proportional to E-cadherin-Cadherin17 binding.
