Description: Mouse CD155, also known as Poliovirus receptor and Nectin-like protein 5, GenBank Accession No. NM_027514, a.a. 29-348 with a C-terminal His-tag and Avitag™. This protein is expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin labeled using Avitag™ technology. MW = 37.5 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
