Clone: GRM1.
Conjugate: FITC.
Immunogen: Normal human peripheral blood granulocytes.
Storage Buffer: The reagent is provided in aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium azide (NaN3).
Recommended Usage: CD16 clone GRM1, mAb is used for identify/enumerate human antigen (FcRIII). GRM1 recognizes NA2-FcRIIIb & FcRIIIa whereas clone 3G8 is an antipan FcγRIII. It´s effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM tests using ≤1 μg/106 cells.
This antibody recognizes the CD18 molecule, a 95 Kda integrin molecule (B2 integrin) that forms the common beta chain of the CD11/CD18 heterodimer integrins which are expressed on all leucocytes. The B2 integrin is the ICAM 1 receptor. The monoclonal antibody is directed against the CD18- antigen (Lymphocyte Function associated Antigen-1), which is expressed on mature immunocompetent lymphocytes and their neoplastic counterparts, granulocytes and monocytes.
