Applications: Useful for studying protein binding and screening small molecules.
Assay Conditions: Assay was done in Kinase buffer containing 1 mM DTT using Casein substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 µM ATP. Reaction was done at 30°C for 45 min. The amount of ATP transferred from autophosphorylation as well as substrate phosphorylation was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).
Description: Human secreted CD160, also known as Natural killer cell receptor BY55, GenBank Accession No. NM_007053, a.a. 27-159 with C-terminal His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 15.6 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
