Recommended Usage: CD34, clone 581 is a mAb intended for identify/ enumerate hematopoietic progenitor cell (HSC) antigen CD34, expressed on the majority of HSCs using FCM. It is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/106 cells.

The CD34 antigen is a single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein, Mr 105 to 120 kilodaltons(kd). The antigen is associated with human hematopoietic progenitor cells and is a differentiation stage–specific leucocyte antigen.
