Assay Conditions: Assay was performed according to Cereblon Binding Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #79899) with CRBN titrated from 2400 ng/rxn - 0 ng/rxn incubated for 90 minutes at room temperature. Fluorescence polarization measured at ex635 nm, em682 nm.
