Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified.

Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified Glutamate Dehydrogenase (GDH) purified from Clostridium difficile. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Clostridium difficile GDH was immunoaffinity purified using the immunogen immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.075% sodium azide.
