Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified.
Source: Chickens were immunized with soy (Glycine max) flour protein extract. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the soy proteins immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.01% Thimerosal.
Caution: This product is intended FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY, and FOR TESTS IN VITRO, not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures involving humans or animals.
