Product Description: CXCL3 is a chemoattractant for neutrophils and belongs to CXC chemokine subfamily. CXCL3 is a secreted growth factor that signals through its cognate receptor CXCR2. CXCL3 is involved in many immune responses including wound healing, cancer metastasis, and angiogenesis[1][2]. GRO-gama/CXCL3 Protein, Human (His) is produced in E. coli with six N-Terminal His-tags. It consists of 73 amino acids (A35-N107).
