Human IgG2 lambda G2m (n+)

Background: Confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony). Not less than 98% as determined by agar-gel electrophoresis, quantitative densitometry immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony). Purified human IgG2 lambda may be used as a reference antigen, calibrator, coating protein and blocking agent in a variety of immunoassays including immunodiffusion, immunoelectrophoresis, ELISA, Western blotting, dot-immunobinding assays (DIBA), haemagglutination, and cell-binding assays.

Specificity: Chromatographically purified Human myeloma IgG2 lambda, allotype G2m(n+).

Formulation: Lyophilized, stable white powder. No preservative added.
