Additional info: 568 Reacts with the 8th type III repeat in the cell-binding domain of human fibronectin (220 kDa monomer; 440 kDa, dimer). Fibronectins are present in basement membranes, intestinal connective tissue matrix, and blood. Cellular fibronectin is widely distributed in the stroma of many malignant tumors.
