Clone Number: F1G4
Immunogen: BSA-conjugated peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-29 of human GnRH receptor extracellular domain
Concentration: 100 ug/ml
Storage buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide
Additional info: F1G4 reacts with GnRH receptors in the anterior pituitary. GnRH stimulates the gonadotrophs of the anterior pituitary to secrete luteinising hormone (LH) as well as follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). The receptor contains seven hydrophobic transmembrane domains connected by hydrophilic extracellular, and intracellular loops characteristic of G protein couple receptors. Some cancers like ovarian and breast cancers sometimes carry GnRH receptors.
