Background: This antibody reacts with the chain of human Ig on B cells. It does not react with T cells, monocytes, granulocytes or erythrocytes. The antibody can be used for immunophenotyping of leukemia cells in flow cytometry and frozen tissue sections.

Positive Control: Human B cells.

Immunogen: Hybridoma produced by the fusion of splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with human Ig and P3XAg8.653 cells.

Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide.
