Description: NKCellM™ (NK cell medium) is optimized for culturing NK cells.

Format: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Formulation: Contains RPMI-1640, Heat-Inactivated FBS (HiFBS), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus other components.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.  Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.For detailed thawing and cell culture protocol, see cell line data sheet.
