PD173074 is a potent and selective inhibitor of FGFR tyrosine kinase activity, blocking autophosphorylation of FGFR1 and FGFR3. However, poorly inhibits PDGFR and c-Src and has no effect on EGFR, InsR, MEK, or PKC.
