Protein A Mix-N-Go ELISA for Amsphere™ ligands

This kit is intended for use specifically in quantitating JSR Life Sciences' Amsphere™ protein A JWT203 and Amsphere™ A3 ligands. It features an assay protocol which eliminates sample boiling and the subsequent centrifugation step, thereby reducing assay time by more than 1 hour. The kit is highly sensitive and detects Amsphere™ Protein A JWT203 and Amsphere™ A3 ligands to levels of less than 50 pg/ml.
