Rabbit IgG, conjugated with FITC

Background: As an efficient general counterstain for cell and tissue substrates with immunoconjugates with a label contrasting with the greenish-yellow fluorescence of this product. The purpose of counterstaining is to enhance the optical contrast of the immunospecific staining against a counterstained background.

Specificity: Fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated polyclonal Rabbit IgG.

Formulation: Fluorochrome coupled purified rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (pH7.2). No preservative added
