Target Synonym: Transmembrane gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 3;PRRG3;Proline-rich gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 3
Target Species: Human
Expression Host: E.coli
Fusion Tag: N-His & C-His
UNIProt ID: Q9BZD7
Background: This gene encodes proline-rich gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 3, a member of vitamin K-dependent membrane proteins containing gamma-carboxyglutamic acid residues. The encoded precursor protein contains an N-terminal propeptide that is required for the carboxylation of glutamate residues in the mature protein. Alternate splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants that encode the same protein.
Sequence: Arg 102–Lys 231
Purity: > 95 % as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Please refer to the specific buffer information in the printed manual.
