Clone: Polyclonal
Background: The antiserum is reacting with the Fab subunit of intact IgG, IgA and IgM and other Ig classes of both light chain types, with their Fab or F(ab’)2 subunits and with free light chains of kappa and lambda type as tested in immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of Fab, free or bound.
Source: Purified Fab of normal mouse IgG. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Specificity: Precipitating polyclonal Sheep antiSerum to Mouse Fab of IgG.
Formulation: Delipidated, heat inactivated lyophilized stable whole serum No preservative added. Total protein and IgG concentration in the antiserum are comparable to those of pooled sheep serum. No foreign proteins added.
