Description: Anti-CD123 IgG antibody is a purified recombinant antibody which recognizes CD123 antigen. This antibody has been tested for specific binding to purified human CD123 protein (BPS Bioscience, #101035) in a colorimetric ELISA binding assay.
Formulation: 8 mM phosphate pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 20% glycerol
Purification: Protein A affinity purification from HEK293 cells.
Purity: ≥90%
Storage Stability: At least 12 months at -80°C.
Supplied As: Aqueous buffer solution.
