Assay Conditions: WIL2-S cells weretreated with anti-CD20 + 10% rabbitcomplement. Cell viability was determinedusing AlamarBlue® Indicator.

Description: Anti-CD20 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody which features the constant region of the human IgG1 isotype and the variable region of rituximab. It binds to human CD20 extracellular region a.a 142- 184, where it acts asan agonist of the CD20 protein. Itis expressed in a 293 freestyle cell expression system and purified using protein A chromatography. MW = 150 kDa.

Formulation: 10 mM PBS pH 7.4, 138 mM NaCl, and 2.8 mM KCl.

Purification: Protein A affinitychromatography from HEK293supernatants.
