Applications: This antibody crosslinked with FcGR2B is useful for activation of CD27 costimulatory pathway in T cells.

Description: Anti-CD27 agonist antibody binds to CD27 on T cells and promotes T cell response. It represents new opportunities for cancer immunotherapy.

Formulation: 8 mM Na Phosphate pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl and 20% glycerol.

Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.
