Applications: Useful for studying expression of CLDN18.2 on the cell surface in flow cytometry assay. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl (1 µg antibody) per million cells in 100 µl staining volume.
Assay Conditions: One million CLDN18.2 CHO recombinant cells (BPS Bioscience #78533>) were blocked and stained with 1 µg of anti-CLDN18.2 antibody, PE-labeled (BPS Bioscience #101676) for 30 minutes on ice, washed three times, and analyzed by flow cytometry. CLDN18.2 CHO recombinant cells (green) were compared to parental CHO-K1 cells (blue). Y-axis is the cell count. X-axis is PE intensity.
Concentration: The concentration will vary with each lot; the exact value will be provided with each shipment.
Cross Reactivity: This antibody recognizes human CLDN 18.2. It has not been tested with other species.
Description: This anti-Claudin-18 isoform 2 (CLDN18.2) antibody is a purified recombinant antibody, which is labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). This antibody has been tested in flow cytometry assay for specific binding to human CLDN18.2 on the surface of CLDN18.2 CHO Recombinant Cell Line (BPS Bioscience #78533).
Format: Aqueous buffer solution.
Formulation: 8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 0.09% Sodium Azide, 0.2% BSA, and up to 20% glycerol. May contain protein stabilizer.
Host Cell Line: HEK293
Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.
Purity: ≥90%
Storage Stability: At least 6 months at 4°C. Protect from prolonged exposure to light. DO NOT FREEZE. The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C.
