Description: Affinity purified Monoclonal Anti-FLAG-Tag, clone FG4R, mouse IgG2b. Recognizes FLAG-tagged (DYKDDDDK) proteins. Applications: Western Blotting (1:1000 - 3000), ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, immunoprecipitation, in situ hybridization (1:500 - 2000). Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: 1 mg/ml in 10 mM PBS, pH 7.2, with 0.05% NaN3

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide: DYKDDDDK conjugated to KLH.

Purification: Protein A Affinity Chromatography
