Description: Affinity purified monoclonal Anti-ERK1, clone E32, mouse, IgG1. Recognizes only the ERK1 protein. Detects a band of approximately 43 kDa. Applications: Western Blotting (1:1000-10000), Immunoprecipitation. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Formulation: 1 mg/ml in 10 mM PBS, pH 7.2, with 0.05% NaN3

Immunogen: Recombinant full length human, active, ERK1 protein.

Purification: Protein A Affinity Chromatography
