CloneID: 9D5D2A9
Antigen Long Description: The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with GH.
Buffer Composition: PBS with 0.02% Proclin 300.
Available Custom Conjugation Options: AP, HRP, Fluorescein, APC, PE, Biotin Type A, Biotin Type B, Streptavidin, FluoroProbes 647H, Atto488, APC/Cy7, PE/Cy7
Uniprot Accession No.: P01241
Specificity Statement: GH plays an important role in growth control. Its major role in stimulating body growth is to stimulate the liver and other tissues to secrete IGF-1. It stimulates both the differentiation and proliferation of myoblasts. It also stimulates amino acid uptake and protein synthesis in muscle and other tissues.
Application Notes (Clone): The antibody 9D5D2A9 and the commercial rabbit polyclonal antibody were used to stain pituitary tumor. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 9D5D2A9 was higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody and the commercially available rabbit polyclonal antibody were simultaneously detected on the normal tissue chip, indicating that the specificity of the antibody in normal tissue was equivalent to that of the commercially available antibody (CN113845595A).
