Target: CD155.
Clone: 4,24.
Specificity: Anti-CD155 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (4.24) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD155.
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution: CD155 is expressed at cell junctions on the primary vascular endothelial cells. Also, mouse CD155 is highly expressed on DP thymocytes.
Background: Mouse CD155, is a member of a subfamily of immunoglobulin-like adhesion receptors. Mouse CD155 is expressed on a variety of cells of hematopoietic origin apart from its existence on the epithelial cells. The engagement of CD155 with CD226 and CD96 induces cytotoxicity of NK cells and CTL.
