Background: Signal regulatory protein alpha (SIRPalpha), also known as CD172a, is a regulatory membrane type I glycoprotein from the SIRP family expressed mainly by myeloid cells and also by stem cells or neurons.
Immunogen: Mouse brain membrane protein.
Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2 - 7.4, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.
Purity: >98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Endotoxin: ≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.
Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 1%.
