Specificity: Clone 20D5 antibody reacts with mouse NKG2A, NKG2C, and NKG2E however, this hybridoma has not been epitope mapped to identify the binding site.
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution: NK cells and NK T cells from C57BL/6 mouse.
Immunogen: CHO transfected cells expressing the C57BL/6 allele of NKG2A and CD94.
Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.
