Antigen Long Description: In order to raise the antibody, three phage display selection rounds were performed against myotoxin-II, using the IONTAS library. The IONTAS library is a human antibody phage display library of 4 x 10^10 clones displaying antibodies in the short chain variable fragment (scFv) form.

Chimeric Use Statement: This full-length, reformatted human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human scFv format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
