Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. 

Assay Conditions: Reaction was performed in a kinase buffer (40 mM Tris, 10 mM MgCl₂) containing 5 µg inactive MEK1 (BPS #40075), 1 µM ATP, and 4 - 8 ng/µl aRAF for 30 minutes at 30°C. The amount of ATP transferred was measured using a Kinase-Glo® Plus Assay Kit (Promega Corporation, Madison, WI).
