Description: The ATAD2B TR-FRET Assay Kit is designed to measure the inhibitionof ATAD2B binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-basedassay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable forhigh throughput screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward andsimple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, ATAD2B,substrate, and an inhibitor is incubated for sixty minutes. Then, the fluorescenceintensity is measured using a fluorescence reader.

Storage Stability: At least 6 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Kit components require different storage conditions. Be sure to store each component at the proper temperature upon arrival.

Supplied As: Kit comes in a convenient format with purified ATAD2B, ligands, Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor, assay buffer and microtiter plate to perform 384 reactions.

Warnings: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
