Description: Human B7-H5 also known as VISTA, GI24, Dies1, PD-1H, SISP1,DD1alpha, and VSIR, with C-terminal Avi-His-Tag, GenBank Accession No. NM_022153, a.a 33-194, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%. MW = 21 kDa. This protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation.
