Description: The BCL-XL TR-FRET Assay Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of BCLXLbinding to its ligand in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-based assayrequires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughputscreening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containingterbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, BCL-XL, peptide ligand, and an inhibitor isincubated for 120 minutes. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescencereader.

Storage Stability: Stable at least 6 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Kit components require different storage conditions. Be sure to store each component at the proper temperature upon arrival.

Warnings: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
