Description: Human BCMA, known as TNFRSF17, BCM, BCMA, CD269, and TNFRSF13A, GenBank Accession No. NM_001192, a.a. 1-54, with C-terminal Avi-tag fused to the Fc portion of Human IgG1, and labeled with phycoerythrin (PE), expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 34 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
