Product Description: Biotin-PEG4-Dde-TAMRA-PEG3-Azide is a dye derivative of TAMRA (HY-135640) modified with a cleavable biotin group. Biotin-PEG4-Dde-TAMRA-PEG3-Azide contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
