Products from BPS Bioscience require a minimum order value above 400€
Applications: Useful for the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Assay Conditions: BRD2 is incubated with biotinylated acetyl-histone peptide substrate (BPS #33000) in BRD assay buffer (BPS #33001) in a 10 µl reaction for 1 hour at RT. AlphaLISA® Nickel Chelate acceptor beads (PerkinElmer) are added, followed by Alphascreen® Streptavidin-conjugated donor beads (PerkinElmer). After 1 hour minute incubation at RT, Alphacounts are measured.
