Description: The BRD4 (BD1 + BD2) TR-FRET Assay Kit is designed to measurethe inhibition of BRD4 (BD1 + BD2) binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384reaction format. This FRET-based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps,making it especially suitable for high throughput screening applications. The assayprocedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor,dye-labeled acceptor, BRD4, substrate, and an inhibitor is incubated for sixty minutes.Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader.
Storage Stability: At least 12 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Kit components require different storage conditions. Be sure to store each component at the proper temperature upon arrival.
Supplied As: Kit comes in a convenient format with purified BRD4 (BD1 and BD2), ligands, Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor, assay buffer and microtiter plate to perform 384 reactions.
Warnings: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
