Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Assay Conditions: 15 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 100 mM NaCl, 3 mM p-Nitrophenyl acetate (PNPA) and 0-2 µg CA1. Incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Absorbance is measured at 405 nm.
