Background: Caspase-7 is a member of the caspase (cysteine aspartate protease) family of proteins, and has been shown to be an executioner protein of apoptosis.
Description: Human Caspase-7 (full length) (GenBank Accession No. NM_001227) with C-terminal His-tag, MW= 35.1 kDa, expressed in an E. coli expression system. Active caspase 7 is a heterotetramer consisting of two copies each of ~20 kDa and ~11 kDa subunits.
Format: Aqueous buffer solution
Formulation: 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0,110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 155 mMimidazole, 20% glycerol and 3 mM DTT.
