Recommended Usage: CD26, clone TP1/19 is a mAb intended for identify/enumerate mature thymocytes, T lymph (upregulated upon activation), B, NK cells, and macrophages by FCM. It is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/106 cells.

CD26 is expressed on the membrane of mature thymocytes, T lymphocytes (upregulated upon activation), B cells, NK cells, and macrophages. CD26 cleaves off N-terminal X-Pro and X-Ala dipeptides from polypeptides.
