Clone: CLB-IVC7.
Conjugate: FITC.
Immunogen: Monocytes.
Storage Buffer: The reagent is provided in aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium azide (NaN3).
Description: The monoclonal antibody is directed against the CD36 antigen (gplV also known as gplllb), which is expressed on human thrombocytes (molecular mass 90 kDa). It reacts with monocytes, macrophages, early erythroid cells, megakaryocytes and platelets and weak with B cells. In immunohistology the antibody reacts with some endothelial cells, adipocytes and the granular layer of the skin.
